Exhibitors at the Waste-to-Fuels Conference
The Waste-to-Fuels Conference & Trade Show will provide forum for informing the public and private sectors of the economic and environmental significance of converting waste materials to alternative fuels such as biodiesel and ethanol as well as renewable electric energy. Attendees will have excellent networking opportunities and a chance to visit with exhibitors to preview the newest advances in alternative fuel production products and services.
EXHIBIT FEES: $1,250 fee includes one 8'x10' booth which includes one 6' table, draped and skirted, one sign, one wastebasket, two chairs. Participation will include a listing of your firm in meeting materials and one (1) full registration for all conference activities.

Exhibition Cancellation Policy
Please note the following exhibit booth cancellation policy:
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Cancellations made before December 15, 2009 will receive a full refund minus a $75 processing fee.
- Cancellations made after December 15, 2009 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given for Exhibit Booth cancelled after January 25, 2010.
